These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of LodgeIQ, a hotel-management platform operated by ProStackNG Technologies ("LodgeIQ", "we", "us", "our"), based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. By creating an account or using LodgeIQ, you ("you", "your", or "Customer") agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the hotel or business you represent.
LodgeIQ is a subscription hotel-management platform covering front desk and reservations, housekeeping, restaurant and outlet billing, staff and payroll tools, procurement, and related operational features made available through the LodgeIQ web application. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product evolves.
You must provide accurate information when registering a hotel account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by staff accounts you or your hotel's administrators create. Notify us promptly at support@lodgeiq.ng if you suspect unauthorized access.
New hotels receive a 14-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription on one of the following plans, billed in Nigerian Naira:

Plan features, room limits, and pricing are shown in full on the Billing & Plans page and may change from time to time; we'll give notice of price changes before they apply to your next billing cycle. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each period through our payment processor, Paystack, until cancelled. If a payment fails, your account moves to a past due state and staff access is restricted until it's resolved — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancelling and what happens to access and charges.
You retain ownership of the hotel, staff, and guest data you enter into LodgeIQ. You're responsible for having the right to provide any guest personal data you enter and for your own compliance with applicable hospitality and data-protection law as the party actually collecting that data from guests. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Financial and booking records are retained even after a guest-erasure request, in anonymized form, to meet standard accounting and tax record-keeping requirements.
You agree not to: use LodgeIQ for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to another hotel's data or account; probe, scan, or interfere with the Service's security or availability; reverse-engineer the platform beyond what applicable law permits; or resell or white-label the Service without our prior written agreement. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
LodgeIQ, its interface, and underlying software are owned by ProStackNG Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own hotel operations — nothing here transfers ownership of the platform itself to you.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee LodgeIQ will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including our payment processor or SMS/email providers), and factors outside our reasonable control may affect access from time to time.
LodgeIQ is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProStackNG Technologies' total liability arising from these Terms or your use of LodgeIQ is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost bookings, arising from use of the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Billing Settings; access continues through the end of your current paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or suspected fraudulent or abusive use, with notice where practicable. Financial records are not deleted in real time on termination, for the accounting reasons described in Section 4 and our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email to your account's registered address before they take effect. Continued use of LodgeIQ after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of LodgeIQ is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.
